Governance for the Inner-City Neighborhood Art House is provided by two different bodies, the Prioress and Monastic Council of the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, Inc. and the Women's Core Committee.
As a ministry of the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, the Neighborhood Art House is responsible to the Prioress and Monastic Council. It is the Prioress who appoints the Executive Director, and it is the Prioress and Monastic Council that has the fiduciary responsibility for the organization.
The Women's Core Committee grew out of the original Women of Vision who joined the Benedictine Sisters in founding the Art House. It continues to serve as an advisory board, reviewing financials, programs, and projects and hosting the annual Taste of the Arts fundraising event.
