Introduction to Wheel Throwing Classes are back! Learn the basics of throwing pottery on the wheel with Instructor Eliza Wolfe over the course of five two-hour sessions.
The cost for all five workshops is $125 ($25 per class) which covers materials and instruction. The goal is to learn how to center your clay on the wheel and make a few usable items to take home with you at the end of the class! Participants will also learn about glazing.
Please note that while this is a five week class, there will be NO CLASS on Tuesday, November 24th and NO CLASS on December 8th to allow time for firing. Our final class will be Tuesday, December 15th. The dates for Introduction to Wheel Throwing are November 3rd, 10th, and 17th, December 1st and 15th.
Due to the limited number of pottery wheels at the Art House, we can only accomodate 6 students in this class.
