Make functional, personalized accessories for spring in this three-part clay workshop at the Neighborhood Art House! Eliza Wolfe will lead students through two hand-built clay projects: making a bird house and a flower pot. If you would prefer to make a fairy house or an imaginative little home for toads, we're open to alternative projects! Creative embellishments and designs are encouraged. The first two classes will be spent modeling the clay, and the final class will be for embellishing with underglaze colors. Please note that the dates for classes are: April 4th, 11th and 25th. There is no class on April 18th to allow clay to dry and be fired before glazing. There is a $30 fee for the full workshop which helps to cover the cost of materials.
