Dearest Readers,
Pumpkin spice season has officially arrived, along with the fall semester at the Inner-City Neighborhood Art House!
Hasanna, one of the Neighborhood Art House’s newest aspiring artists stood out with her first attempt at using chalk pastels. She worked to capture the essence of autumn on paper. At age 13, her depiction of the seasonal pumpkins was a symphony of hues — from burnt oranges to deep ochres — which popped off the page that one could almost feel the crisp air of a fall morning.
If you would like to support Hasanna (and other students at the Neighborhood Art House) with continuing her arts education, please consider donating directly to the Neighborhood Art House at https://www.neighborhoodarthouse.org/giving or by checking out our Wishlist on Amazon at: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1JFPL9AABCDB2?ref=cm_sw_em_r_un_un_dVDuVhii86YdN
Yours Truly,
