As we reimagine the ways the Art House can grow and evolve to address the needs of the community, full time staff members spent a day working on professional development and discussing both the things we love about the Art House and the things we would like to change. Kathy Burik, whose expertise in IT and Development is a real asset to our Core Committee facilitated a Professional Development day at the Zem Zem Shrine Club of Erie on Friday, January 14th. Staff members came prepared with lists of aspects of the program that are favorites as well as ideas large and small for improvement. Each idea was addressed and discussed. We’ll be implementing some of these new initiatives over the course of the next semester and throughout the year
