Each year in September, the Art House hosts one of our major fundraisers, Taste of the Arts. The event features student artwork as well as a silent auction work by artists from the community. We’re trying something new this year, and we’ve invited students back to the Art House on Thursdays from May 20th- June17th to make small pieces of artwork specifically for the fundraiser. It’s a chance for students and teachers to get together and enjoy each other’s company and creativity, as well as give back to the Art House. The first two sessions featured clay, and we’ll be using our finished projects to make some fabulous decorations for your home. We have three Thursday Workshops left and we’ve got big plans for our Taste of the Arts artwork offerings!
